The application window for the 2023-24 Attagirls Molly Rose Pilot Scholarship was 1st June to 30th November 2023. The application window is now closed and 2025-26 scholarship details will be posted in due course.

 

The application process is very straight-forward. Please read the description thoroughly to make sure you meet all requirements.  Once your application has been submitted, changes cannot be made.

Your application must include:  

 

1. A résumé of experience and qualifications (no more than two pages)

2. A typed 500-word essay giving your personal background, and describing why you would like to be awarded the AMRPS (see below for more detail)

3. Details of any flying experience

4. Two (one-page) letters of recommendation

 

Applications must consist of: 

 

1.  Your résumé, which must include the following:

 

• Full name and contact information

• Educational qualifications, scholarships, awards, and honours (with certificates)

• Demonstrated involvement in aviation-related activities

• Aviation-related certificates already obtained - date, and flight hours completed (if applicable)

• Work history, including any within the field of aviation

 

2.   Your essay, which should include the following information:

 

• What has motivated you to pursue a career in aviation?

• What do you hope to achieve in the next few years? 

• How do you think the AMRPS will help you achieve your objective?

• If you are successful, what do you intend to do after the award of the PPL?

Please submit your application only when you have all of the necessary files ready. The total size of files submitted must be less than 5 MB. Allowed file types include: jpg, doc, docx and / or pdf.
