Attagirls Molly Rose Pilot Scholarship LOGO_sml.png

”We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give.”

   - Winston Churchill -

The Attagirls Molly Rose Pilot Scholarship needs your support to ensure we can continue to offer pilot training to current and future generations to come.

The scholarship is named after 22-year-old Molly Rose (neé Marshall), the heroine aviatrix whose incredible life story inspired the book and film Attagirls, both of which are based on her time in the Air Transport Auxiliary (‘ATA’) during World War II. Molly was not afraid to embrace any challenge and she achieved her pilot's licence whilst still a teenager. We hope that Molly's story will inspire other young women to learn how to become a pilot and our scholarship provides the opportunity to take the first step.

We have secured funding to provide the PPL training for the person awarded the scholarship in Year 1 (2021). By joining our close community of supporters, you will contribute to our mission to ensure that this scholarship continues long into the future, offering other young girls the opportunity to step onto the aviation career ladder, and to change the female-to-male ratio in a profession which is currently male-dominated.
