Delighted to see our 2021-22 Attagirls Molly Rose Pilot Scholarship winner Georgia Pescod on the front cover of Townswomen Magazine.
17-year-old Georgia, a student and Air Cadet Georgia from Cambridge, recently completed her training and will receive her Private Pilot’s Licence (PPL) at the Cambridge Aero Club on November 28th. The 2021-22 scholarship is valued at £15,000. Forty-two UK applications were received from young women aged between 17-24 and Georgia was selected from five finalists.
The inaugural scholarship was funded by Marshall of Cambridge in association with the British Women Pilots’ Association.
